2. Second offense: Five days of out-of-school suspension and law enforcement involvement, resulting in a Blue Ticket Citation.
3. Third offense: Ten days of out-of-school suspension, with a recommendation for expulsion. Law enforcement will be contacted to issue a citation.
4. Fourth offense: Recommendation for expulsion due to continued possession of tobacco. Law enforcement will be involved once again, issuing a citation.
