BUT DON’T HAVE ANY INFORMATION ABOUT POSSIBLE SUSPECTS. A KENTUCKY LAW AIMED AT CURBING YOUTH VAPING IS BEING CHALLENGED IN COURT. HOUSE BILL 11 WILL PREVENT THE SALE OF ANY VAPE PRODUCTS WITHOUT FDA AUTHORIZATION OR A SAFE HARBOR CERTIFICATE. A LAWSUIT WAS FILED BY THE KENTUCKY VAPING RETAILERS ASSOCIATION, THE KENTUCKY HEMP ASSOCIATION, AND FOR RETAILERS. THE STORE OWNERS ARGUE THESE REQUIREMENTS WILL PUT THEM OUT OF BUSINESS. IT BANS EVERYTHING IN OUR STORE, LIKE 98% OF EVERYTHING WOULD BE BANNED HERE. I’VE BEEN DOING THIS ALMOST SIX YEARS AND IT’S COUNTLESS PEOPLE THAT I’VE HELPED QUIT SMOKING. HOW IS THAT NOT IMPORTANT? HOW IS SELLING CIGARETS MORE THAN IMPORTANT? YOU KNOW WHAT I’M SAYING? THAN SELLING VAPE THAT HELPS PEOPLE AND THE LAW ALSO INCREASES PENALTIES FOR RETAILERS WHO SELL TOBACCO PRODUCTS TO PEOP
